If the pulse signal from your heart rate monitor is not being transmitted to your fitness device, please first check if your heart rate monitor is capable of 5kHz. In general, all our fitness devices are compatible with heart rate monitors that support 5kHz.
If your heart rate monitor does not support 5kHz and only emits Bluetooth signals, it is possible that your fitness device does not have a Bluetooth receiver. In this case, please check the technical details of your fitness device on the product page at hammer.de to determine if the chest strap receiver is Bluetooth-enabled or if it is only specified to have a 5kHz reception capability.
