Do you need bandages for boxing training or are closed gloves good enough?

We always recommend bandages. Bandages increase stability in the wrist and provide more protection in the ankle area. Overall, you also reduce the load on the elbow and shoulder. 

In addition, the skin is protected from friction in the glove and provides a non-slip fit.
